JOB DESCRIPTION

Sierra Staffing Group is seeking Electro-Mechanical Assemblers for a well-established employer located centrally in the Reno/Sparks area. Responsible for all production activities of the assembly area in order to complete the assigned work order correctly. Day shift and Swing shift available. Responsibilities Ability to work accurately and be able to follow schematics and instructions precisely Requires excellent manual dexterity and the ability to work with small components and hand tools Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment to meet quality and quantity quotas Experience using diagrams or blueprints, and follow other written or verbal instructions Mechanically inclined with good dexterity - able to use both hand and power tools Able to quality check finished product and send unsatisfactory items to rework Proven experience with safe production practices Stable work history Basic math required for computing quantities and simple addition and subtraction for counting parts Requires excellent manual dexterity, ability to work with small components and hand tools, and a keen eye for detail and quality Must be able to read and follow detailed manufacturing instructions Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Keen eye for detail and quality while working in a fast-paced environment Ability to count accurately. Good hand/eye coordination; good communication skills. Ability to read and interpret documents is required along with basic computer skills.

$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
