REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus. Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Comfortable working with hand tools, power tools, and machinery. Ability to lift and move heavy objects and stand for extended periods. Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork mindset. Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds. Standing, walking, and bending for at least 8 hours.
JOB DUTIES
Assemble components and products according to technical specifications and assembly instructions. Operate and maintain manufacturing tools and machinery safely and efficiently. Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards. Troubleshoot and report defects or malfunctions in assembly processes. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment. Collaborate with team members to optimize efficiency and workflow. Maintain records of assembly production and report progress to supervisors.
