• Key Responsibilities Assemble mechanical parts, components, and systems using hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings Perform inspections to ensure assemblies meet quality and safety standards Identify and report defects, discrepancies, or assembly issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to resolve assembly challenges Follow all safety procedures and company policies Qualifications Previous experience as a mechanical assembler, technician, or similar role Ability to read mechanical drawings and follow detailed instructions Proficiency with hand tools, torque tools, and basic measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to lift up to [X lbs] and stand for extended periods High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, automotive, or industrial equipment Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 5S principles Basic understanding of mechanical systems and troubleshooting Why Join Us Competitive pay and benefits Opportunities for training and advancement Supportive team environment Stable, growing company with long‑term career potential Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fairfield, OH.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
