Machine Operator/Assembler Just In Time Staffing Inc. Wadsworth, OH 44282 Full-time Full-time Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator/Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery and assembling products to meet quality standards and production targets. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic factory environment, utilizing mechanical skills and hand tools to contribute to efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with assembly line procedures, supporting the production of high-quality goods. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols. Assemble components using hand tools and power tools, ensuring precise fit and function. Conduct routine inspections of machinery and finished products to identify defects or issues. Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility. Assist with loading and unloading materials using forklifts or warehouse equipment as needed. Follow detailed work instructions and assembly procedures to ensure consistency. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet daily production goals. Perform basic mechanical troubleshooting and report any equipment malfunctions promptly. Support inventory management by accurately recording parts used and completed units. Skills Proven factory experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment. Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts. Familiarity with warehouse procedures and safety standards. Ability to read technical drawings, diagrams, or work instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance. Good communication skills for effective teamwork within a manufacturing setting. Prior experience working with assembly lines in a fast-paced factory environment.
