Required Skills:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions Experience or willingness to learn waterjet, CNC, plasma, or laser machine operation Basic computer proficiency Skilled in using measuring tools like calipers and micrometers Ability to lift up to 55 lbs safely Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus, with training available Nice to

Have Skills:

Prior experience with waterjet cutting or similar manufacturing machinery Experience supporting quality checks and inspection processes Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices

Preferred Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience in manufacturing, CNC, laser, or plasma operations highly desirable Hands-on experience with blueprints and measurement tools

Other Requirements:

Willingness to undergo training on 1st shift (Monday?

Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:00 PM) Flexibility to work on swing shifts or the steady 2nd shift upon request Ability to support production goals while maintaining high safety standards
