Pay:
$18-$20/hour  Job Description This role focuses on the mechanical assembly of ECU units and sheet metal cabinets by installing components such as coils, compressors, motors, blowers, and fans. You follow detailed work instructions and mechanical drawings to build high‑quality units using basic hand and power tools, measuring devices, and fastening hardware. You work closely with supervisors and co‑workers, demonstrating strong attention to detail, commitment to safety, and pride in the quality of your work. Essential Skills Experience in manufacturing assembly or mechanical assembly work. Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read and use a tape measure and other measuring devices such as calipers. Strong mechanical assembly skills, including turning wrenches and working with mechanical components. Ability to install pop rivets, rivnuts, and various hardware to join sheet metal and build frames. Ability to read and follow detailed written and verbal work instructions and mechanical drawings. Ability to interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and understand schematics, blueprints, and basic wiring information as needed. Basic math skills, including the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. High school diploma, GED, or higher level of education. Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality. Strong communication skills for one‑on‑one and small group interactions with coworkers and other stakeholders. Ability to work safely and follow established safety procedures. Reliable attendance, punctuality, flexibility, cooperation, and integrity. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Emigsville, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
