Mechanical Assembler-Breathing Apparatus Division Pay:
$16.00hr
Shift:
Monday - Friday (7:00am - 3:30pm)
Location:
Export, PA Join our team as a Mechanical Assembler and play a vital role in manufacturing life-saving breathing apparatus products. What You'll Do:
As a Mechanical Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling breathing apparatus units through various tasks including: Hose assembly, soldering, filling, testing, and final product closure. You'll work at multiple stations, ensuring each component meets quality standards. Your teamwork and attention to detail will be essential as you collaborate with others to produce reliable, top-quality products. Use a variety of hand tools and specialized machinery, and be prepared to cross-train across different assembly tasks to support the overall manufacturing process.
Required Skills:
High School diploma or equivalent Ability to perform detailed hand assembly and fine manipulation Basic computer skills for reporting production data Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for up to 8 hours Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures Nice to
Have Skills:
Manufacturing or assembly experience Familiarity with hand tools and specialized machinery such as soldering irons, torque wrenches, and can seamers
Preferred Education and Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Other Requirements:
