Schedule:

Monday

• Thursday 6:30 AM
• 4 PM + Friday 6:30 AM
• 10:30

AM Responsibilities:

Building:

Assemble wiring harnesses, control panels, and electrical cables using diagrams and work orders.

Precision:

Use soldering irons to join tiny components and wires to circuit boards.

Testing:

Use continuity testers to ensure every product is built to perfection.

Tooling:

Operate air/electric tools, stripping equipment, and manual hand tools.

Qualifications:

The Basics:

Ability to read a ruler, follow simple instructions, and identify colors (for wiring).

Physical:

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.

Reliability:

A solid work ethic and a desire to grow with a great team.

Skills:

Experience with soldering or small-part assembly is a huge plus!
