HKP Operator - The Blueprint Lexington, SC | Hourly | Reports to Production Supervisor Responsibilities Operate various machining equipment to produce precision components for tool assembly. Retrieve product components from storage and stage them on production tables for assembly. Assemble components according to specifications using power and hand tools. Perform quality checks to ensure product functionality and compliance with specifications. Operate packaging equipment to prepare finished goods for shipment. Maintain accurate production logs, recording hourly output and performance data. Promote and practice 5S principles by cleaning and organizing work areas and equipment. Collaborate with Team Leads, Machinists, and Operators to meet production schedules. Perform other duties as assigned to support production goals and operational success. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. Prior experience in machining, assembly, or manufacturing preferred. Strong manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for small component assembly. Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail over extended periods. Physical ability to stand for entire shifts and occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 40 lbs. Willingness to work overtime and alternate shifts when needed. Team-oriented with strong communication and collaboration skills.
