Position Overview We are seeking a reliable Production Assembler to support production and testing operations in a manufacturing environment. This role involves working with mechanical and electronic components to ensure products meet quality and customer standards. Key Responsibilities Perform basic assembly and testing using hand tools, power tools, and test equipment Read and interpret blueprints, engineering instructions, and test specifications Record test results using basic electrical equipment and measurement tools Inspect assemblies to ensure compliance with product and quality standards Follow established procedures and safety guidelines at all times Support continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing) Maintain a clean and organized, FOD-free workspace Ensure tools and equipment are properly calibrated Collaborate with team members to meet production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to read basic blueprints and follow technical instructions Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Ability to lift up to 35 lbs Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment Additional Notes This is a contract position with consistent full-time hours Candidates must be dependable and responsive throughout the hiring process
