Job Description

🚢 Integration Technician Build the Future of Autonomous Maritime Defense Join a fast‑growing, mission‑driven team that's redefining autonomy at sea. As an Integration Technician , you'll be hands‑on with next‑generation autonomous surface vessels (ASVs) —assembling, integrating, and testing advanced systems that directly support U.S. defense and maritime security. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with cutting‑edge technology, and seeing your work come to life on real‑world platforms, this is the role for you. What You'll Do Assemble, integrate, and test autonomous surface vessels from sub‑assembly through final build Work side‑by‑side with engineering and development teams to bring complex systems together Troubleshoot and validate electronic and mechanical systems to ensure peak performance Deliver fully operational ASVs that meet rigorous Department of Defense standards Contribute directly to products that enhance maritime security and domain awareness What You Bring Core Qualifications 2+ years of experience building large sub‑assemblies or final assemblies Hands‑on experience using tools and equipment for mechanical and electrical assembly Ability to read and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation Strong problem‑solving skills and adaptability in a fast‑paced, evolving environment Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset Nice‑to‑Have Experience Military mechanical experience (especially U.S. Navy) Experience in maritime, defense, aviation, or aerospace system integration Exposure to autonomous systems, robotics, or sensor technologies IPC‑620 certification Aircraft mechanical experience with both electrical and mechanical systems Start‑up or early‑stage company experience Physical & Technical Requirements Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs Proficiency with Microsoft applications Why You'll Love Working Here Mission with

  • 11:30 PM Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Austin, TX. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00
  • $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits available for this temporary role may include the following:
