T&K is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to support the installation and assembly of industrial equipment within a warehouse environment. This role involves assisting manufacturer engineers during the setup and installation process by moving equipment components, using hand and power tools, and following technical instructions and blueprints. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, physically capable of performing demanding work, and able to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced industrial setting. Key Responsibilities Assist manufacturer engineers with the installation and setup of warehouse equipment and machinery Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively during assembly and installation activities Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, and installation instructions Move, position, and organize machine components and materials as directed Support equipment alignment, assembly, and staging processes Follow instructions from engineering leaders and installation supervisors Maintain a clean and safe work environment throughout the project Adhere to all company safety procedures and warehouse protocols Qualifications & Skills Experience using basic hand tools and power tools Ability to follow technical directions and interpret blueprints or diagrams Strong work ethic and willingness to assist in physically demanding tasks Good communication and teamwork skills Mechanical aptitude preferred Prior warehouse, construction, assembly, or industrial installation experience is a plus, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb, and move throughout the workday Strong physical endurance for heavy and repetitive work in a warehouse environment Certifications / Licensing No specific certifications or licenses required Work Environment This position operates in a warehouse and industrial installation setting. Employees will work alongside engineers from the equipment manufacturer to support the successful installation and commissioning of machinery and equipment.
