Full-Time Job Summary:
Industrial Coils LLC is seeking a dedicated Assembler/Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves the assembly and production of high-quality custom solenoid coils, including winding, soldering, and machine operation. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling physically demanding tasks, including continuously carrying 80-90 lbs. of coil.
Responsibilities:
Assemble solenoid coils, including winding, soldering, and other production procedures. Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficiency and quality. Inspect finished products for quality assurance. Package completed products according to company specifications. Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available for production. Assist shop technicians and materials clerks as needed. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Follow all established safety guidelines and company policies. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.
Requirements:
Must be able to fluently read, write, and speak English. No minimum experience required - Employer is willing to train Ability to continuously lift and carry 80-90 lbs. of coil. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
