What You'll Do:

• Assemble mechanical components and full systems using detailed schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Measure and verify parts with precision tools like calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure everything fits perfectly.
• Read and interpret blueprints/schematics like a pro to keep production flowing smoothly.
• Perform quality checks, troubleshoot issues with your team, and help optimize our workflow.
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized while following all safety protocols every step of the way.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or fabrication roles (warehouse/manufacturing background is a big plus!).
• Solid mechanical know-how + confidence reading blueprints and schematics.
• Hands-on mastery of precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges — you name it!).
• Laser-sharp attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a team-player attitude.
• Motivation and passion for building excellent products in a fast-paced environment.
