Responsibilities:
Assemble complex electro-mechanical systems, including control panels, wiring harnesses, and mechanical assemblies. Perform precise point-to-point wiring utilizing schematics, wiring diagrams, and build documentation. Install vital electrical components such as relays, sensors, power supplies, and control hardware. Support system testing, troubleshooting, and validation processes. Utilize hand tools, crimpers, measurement tools, and diagnostic equipment (such as multimeters). Partner directly with engineering and production teams to resolve build issues and contribute to continuous improvement/lean initiatives.

Skills:
Background in manufacturing, automation, aerospace, or equipment build environments. Knowledge of low-voltage electrical systems or testing procedures. Familiarity with ISO or general quality processes.
