Role:

We're looking for a reliable, self-sufficient team member to handle machine assembly and shipping operations. This is a largely independent role, so the right person needs to be comfortable managing their own workload, staying organized, and keeping things moving without constant oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble equipment and components according to specifications Prepare machines for shipment, including proper securing and packaging Identify and utilize correct lift points for safe handling Operate forklift and/or telehandler to move equipment and materials Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient yard Manage daily tasks and priorities independently Follow all PPE and safety requirements Assist with inventory organization and shipping logistics Adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Experience working with heavy equipment or machinery Familiarity with lift points and safe rigging practices Ability to operate a forklift and/or telehandler Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Dependable and punctual Positive attitude and willingness to take direction when needed Ability to adjust quickly in a fast-paced environment
