$25.00-30.00 hour based on experience Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our team. This role involves assembling finished products using blueprints, patterns, and parts lists while maintaining a high level of accuracy and quality. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, safety-conscious, and capable of troubleshooting and improving assembly processes. Key Responsibilities Fabricate and assemble products according to blueprints, sketches, and instructions Read and interpret blueprints, patterns, and parts lists Use tools and materials to complete accurate product assemblies Measure and verify dimensions to ensure proper fit and function Troubleshoot, repair, or rework assemblies as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Report errors or discrepancies in production Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory control Place orders for supplies when needed Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and consistency Assist in building prototypes and testing products Follow detailed directions and adapt to changing instructions Qualifications Strong mechanical aptitude and coordination Solid math and measurement skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings High attention to detail and accuracy Good time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Frequent bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift Team-oriented production setting Focus on safety, quality, and efficiency #IND5
