Mechanical Assembler EMT International - 3.3 Hobart, WI Job Details Full-time 5 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Mechanical Assembler - Contract Manufacturing Hobart, WI | Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM EMT International is looking for a hands-on Mechanical Assembler to join our Contract Manufacturing team. In this role, you'll assemble mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products while working closely with production, engineering, and quality teams in a collaborative manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work instructions Perform fitting, alignment, and adjustment of components Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met Maintain accurate production and quality documentation Support 5S and continuous improvement initiatives Assist with packaging, crating, and other production-related tasks as needed Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean work area What We're Looking For Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience in manufacturing or contract manufacturing preferred Ability to use hand tools, drills, torque tools, and measuring equipment Ability to read assembly drawings and work instructions Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Good communication and teamwork skills High school diploma or GED required ERP/MRP experience (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus
