Career Growth What You'll Do:

Install emergency exits, heavy window systems, body and side doors and panels for train cars Handle heavy glass and frame components, ensuring proper fitting and safety Perform precise measurements and cuts for custom window sizes Assemble interior and exterior trim, seats, vestibules, and truck components Conduct visual inspections and quality checks throughout production Complete accurate documentation of inspection and production activities

What We're Looking For:

High School Diploma or equivalent (Technical certification is a plus) 2+ years of experience in a mechanical or production environment Familiarity with HAZCOM, lock out/tag out, and cutting equipment Comfortable using both standard and metric measurement tools and reading blueprints Proficient in basic math and computer data entry Good hand-eye coordination and steady manual dexterity Strong commination skills and a problem-solving mindset Experience using drills, taps, and extracting broken bolts/screws

Physical and Other Requirements:
