Chico, CA Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 20 hours ago Qualifications Spreadsheets Project task coordination Productivity software Full Job Description Position Summary The Submission Coordinator is responsible for executing licensing submissions. This role prepares, submits, and tracks concept and print-on-demand (POD) submissions. Submission Coordinators are assigned to specific licenses while operating within a flexible model that allows for cross-support as submission volume and business needs require. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and submit concept and pre-production materials for retail licensing approvals. Execute print-on-demand (POD) submissions for the ecommerce division. Process submissions across all stages prior to final production in alignment with established priorities. Track submission and approval statuses and update internal systems accurately. Follow licensor guidelines, submission requirements, and internal SOPs when preparing materials. Communicate submission progress, feedback received, and outstanding needs to the Licensing Trafficker. Support revisions, resubmissions, and rush submissions as directed. Perform work across multiple software applications, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office. Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and take corrective action prior to submission. Flex across licenses and teams to support workload surges, coverage needs, or physical sample processing. Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement discussions. Maintain a collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented approach to work. Minimum Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage assigned tasks efficiently within defined timelines. Clear verbal and written communication skills. Ability to learn and follow established workflows and submission standards.
