Tissue Processor•Medical Devices•1st
Shift Location:
Irvine, CA Pay Rate:
$19/hour Schedule 1 shift 4 AM•1:30 PM Join a leading medical device company dedicated to improving patient outcomes through innovative technologies. We are seeking a detail-oriented Tissue Processor to support the preparation of raw tissue materials for manufacturing, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Tissue Preparation:
Use forceps and gauges to identify tissue portions that meet thickness and specification requirements for product components.
Visual Inspection:
Assess leaflets and incoming pericardial tissue for imperfections using scalpels, forceps, and scissors.
Machine Operation:
Operate fixation and die-cut machines to process tissue and produce individual leaflets.
Documentation & Compliance:
Follow established work instructions and SOPs, accurately record traceable information in device history records.
Sanitation & Safety:
Clean and sanitize work surfaces and equipment between tissue lots to maintain a sterile environment.
Attendance & Reliability:
Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance, working full 8-hour shifts with minimal absenteeism.
Additional Duties:
Perform other incidental tasks as needed to support tissue processing operations.
Qualifications:
