Summary:
Prepare and process chemical etch equipment to produce parts for customers. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Operation of chemical etch equipment. In-process measurement of parts using a micrometer or drop gauge. Resist strip parts. Transfer of chemicals to and from etch area. General maintenance of etch equipment and housecleaning of all areas. Perform etchant change outs. Assist in other departments as needed. Metal prep. Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Other Considerations:
Basic PC skills. Able to read blueprints/drawings and extract data to help etch parts is a plus. Able to use a precision measuring microscope is a plus. Able to multi-task. Familiar with chemicals is a plus. Can do and positive attitude. Eagerness and willingness to learn. Ability to troubleshoot. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. Kg4wyVstcH
