Cleanroom Assembler / Technician (Prototype & Innovation)

$26-$30/hour (DOE) | Contract‑to‑

Hire Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. We're looking for a detail‑oriented Cleanroom Technician to support prototype and pre‑production builds in a highly regulated environment. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys precision work, learning new technologies, and contributing to innovative medical products. What You'll Do Assemble small, delicate components in a cleanroom environment Perform precision work under a microscope Follow work instructions, blueprints, and GMP requirements Inspect your work and assist with peer quality checks Complete accurate production and quality documentation Support packaging and handling of prototype assemblies Rotate across various innovation projects and assembly cells What We're Looking For 5+ years experience with medical, mechanical, or small‑parts assembly Comfortable working under a microscope Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and procedures Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills Experience in a regulated or cleanroom environment preferred Why This Role Hands‑on involvement with prototype and innovation‑stage products Opportunity to learn advanced equipment and manufacturing processes Collaborative team environment with room to grow If you enjoy precision work and want to be part of early‑stage product development, this is a great opportunity to apply your skills and keep learning. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
