Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for Denali Grinders on 2 nd shift in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Schedule:
3:00 PM to 11:00
PM, Monday- Friday Pay:
$21.28/hour ($19.00/hour plus 12% differential)
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Operators responsible for forming medical device components through manual assembly and the use of various machines. This position requires the ability to sit and stand for extended periods, follow written work instructions, and accurately complete required documentation.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Operate computer-based machining work centers and related equipment. Perform simple to medium-complexity tasks according to customer-specific process requirements and documented instructions. Form parts using manual labor, requiring up to 10 lbs of force. Set up and adjust equipment to required specifications. Follow work instructions, read/fill out router steps, and complete identification labels accurately. Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation. Inspect components to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Demonstrate awareness of departmental quality goals and ensure high workmanship. Enter required data into systems and maintain accurate documentation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Microscope skills experience. The use of micrometers, gages and calipers. Basic computer skills. Must be able to work well within a team environment.
