Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for an Operator-Denali Former located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.
Shift:
Monday-Friday 7AM-3
PM Pay:
$17-$18.50/hour
Overview:
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Operator to assist in the forming of precision medical device components. This hands-on role involves working with manual tools and machinery to shape parts according to exact specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow written instructions, and a commitment to maintaining quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities:
Form parts using up to 10 lbs. of force Follow detailed work instructions and production processes Read and complete router steps and identification labels accurately Set up and adjust equipment based on specifications Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards Understand and contribute to department quality and workmanship goals
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience using microscopes for detailed inspection or assembly work Skilled in using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, gauges, and calipers Basic computer proficiency Ability to read and write in English Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
