About the
Position:
The Secondary Operator position is a floating position. Daily tasks change and may vary due to work load and business requirements.
You will:
  • Learn about multiple departments and how they work.
  • Understand the manufacturing process of a spring or other components.
  • Learn how to setup tooling and equipment.
  • Material handling and traceability.
  • Basic quality standards.
Essential Job Functions:
Duties:
Must be detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Count and pack parts for shipment or next process. Obey all safety regulations and comply with
ISO 9001
Procedures and Work Instructions. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Maintain a high level of accuracy in their work. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to lift to 50 lbs.
Skills Required:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Basic communication skills. Basic math skills. Basic computer skills Ability to work well independently as well as in a team environment.
Pay:
$18.00
