What You Will Be Doing We are seeking a Custom Gear Flex Associate to play a versatile and collaborative role supporting production across multiple areas of our Custom Gear operations. In this dynamic position, you will flex between assignments to provide coverage as needed and ensure smooth workflow during peak periods, vacations, and absences. You will support laser plate, embossing, and embroidery production, assist with order preparation and proofing, and help coordinate the efficient processing of custom gear orders. This role includes preparing products for embroidery by verifying order accuracy, unpacking materials, and ensuring all specifications are met. You will also contribute to quality assurance efforts by following established standards and supporting initiatives that maintain product accuracy, consistency, and excellence. Pay Range:
