  • Monday-Friday | 6:54 a.m. - 3:06 p.m.

  • $17.50 per hour (paid weekly)

  • Temporary, with potential for temp-to-hire
  • Position Overview
  • Adecco is partnering with a leading medical device manufacturer in Largo, FL, to hire a
  • 1st Shift Finishing Technician
  • . This role is well-suited for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are committed to precision and quality. In this position, you will support operations within the Finishing Department by assisting in the finishing of small metal components to meet strict surface specifications and quality standards.
  • Training & Qualifications
  • Comprehensive training will be provided on all finishing and bead blasting processes.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
+ Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings
  • and/or
  • + Strong aptitude for following detailed written and visual work instructions, including photo references + Prior experience in a mechanical, manufacturing, or production environment (preferred)
  • Note:
  • Candidates may be required to train on an alternate shift for approximately 4-6 weeks.
  • Additional Requirements
  • + Steel-toe safety shoes are required + Ability to stand for the duration of the shift

  • Pay Details:
  • $17.
