JOB SUMMARY

The primary function of the position is to create beautiful MDJ jewelries and work in all areas (as needed) of the Factory such as Waxing, Casting, Deburring, Tumbling, Polishing, Lapidary, Assembly, Pearl Room and Coordinating Departments.

RESPONSIBILITES

Efficiently facilitate manufacturing of beautiful jewelries Coordinate/issue raw materials and work-in process to other departments Flex to other departments for cross-training based on the Manufacturing Skills Matrix Identify workflow needs and communicate with Supervisor Work within assigned deadlines/due dates and team goals Perform other duties requested by top management, Production Manager and Technical Director

TOOLS, EQUIPMENT & SUPPLIES USED

Computer, assay machine, diamond counting machine, Wax injector, torch, laser welder, polishing machine, hand tools, rolling mill, electro plating machine, steam machine, ultrasonic, band saw, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Highly motivated team player Multi-task, critical thinking and problem solving skills Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions in oral, written or diagram form Good close vision and depth perception Ability to work in environment with moderate noise level Ability to lift up to 30-50 pounds Must be able to follow safety rules and procedures and perform work in a safe manner Must have steady hands with good eye to hand coordination Must show initiative, drive and flexibility Willingness to learn and must be able to perform work Organizational skills Computer skills is a plus
