Junior Laser Engraver

About the Role Foote Enterprises is a growing e-commerce production shop specializing in personalized engraved products, primarily Bibles. We are hiring a full-time Junior Laser Engraver to support daily engraving production. This role works alongside our Senior Laser Engraver in the same workspace, operating their own machines and producing engraved products to our quality standards. This is a hands-on production role focused on accuracy, consistency, and maintaining pace in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Print and organize daily work orders for engraving production Operate CO₂ laser engraving machines using LightBurn software Set up materials, align products, and run engraving jobs Prepare and finalize engraving files (names, verses, layouts) Monitor machines and make adjustments as needed Complete daily orders accurately to meet ship-by deadlines Perform quality checks to ensure clean, correct engravings Flag issues early and communicate with the team Qualifications Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process Comfortable working with hands-on equipment and learning quickly Able to maintain pace in a high-throughput environment Reliable, punctual, and consistent Able to work independently once trained Preferred Experience (Not Required) Laser engraving, CNC, or production experience Experience with LightBurn or similar software Experience working in a production or manufacturing environment

Hours & Schedule Full-time:

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
