We believe that all employees should experience the thrill of utilizing our products, as such, employees are able to borrow our product. # 00685378-b0d7-45a2-96a2-9122be1e5ff3 Position summary l propellers Set up machines according to job specifications Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality Follow safety procedures, including wearing PPE and adhering to lockout/tagout protocols Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED/High School equivalency Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to stand and hold 40+ pound parts and lift them to a shoulder level height Ability to work independently and within a team setting with a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate various grinders and finishing hand tools Attention to detail Effective verbal communication skills Basic math and reasoning ability Must be a team player Additional Information All candidates will be subject to full background screening prior to employment.
