This position involves working with carbon fiber materials to manufacture and repair high-quality parts for the motorsports industry.
Responsibilities:
Lay up and laminate carbon fiber parts Perform small part repairs on composite components Trim, sand, and finish composite parts Operate shop equipment such as sanders, grinders, and general fabrication tools Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow work instructions and quality standards
Qualifications:
Previous experience with composites or manufacturing is preferred, but not required Ability to use hand and power tools safely Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
