Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Pay Rate:
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour (DOE) Great opportunity for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals. If you enjoy crafting, nail artistry, jewelry making, beauty work, or any precise hands-on hobby, this role can be an excellent fit. We are seeking a Fixed Prep Technician to prepare orthodontic models and components used in dental appliance production. This position offers stable weekday hours, competitive pay, a clean work environment, and the potential for permanent hire. Key Responsibilities Inspect and prepare 3D printed dental models for production Perform carving, banding, and preparation for wire bending processes Mount models onto articulators or bases as required Use precision hand tools including drills, saws, and X-ACTO knives Identify defects following quality and workmanship standards Track production progress and maintain documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals Complete approximately 30-50 cases per day Ideal Background (Not Required but Helpful) Nail technicians, beauty professionals, artists, or crafters Jewelry making, detailed assembly, or fine motor work Manufacturing, dental lab, medical device, or orthodontic experience Any role requiring precision, patience, and attention to detail Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to read job orders and small-print specifications Comfortable working with small parts and precision tools Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and within a team Comfortable sitting for extended periods Background check required Why Apply?
