Job Description

Importing Technician 1 Hours ae: 7:00am to 3:30pm
M-F Location:
Andover, MA Manage patient oral data and doctor requests, importing information into production software and generating work tickets in accordance with company procedure. Perform high accuracy data entry and coordination with rest of the production team with varying levels of instruction and supervision.
Daily Activites Will Include:
Import patient scans from various sources into our prescription management portal, ensuring completeness and accuracy Accurately clarify prescriptions for orthodontic appliances to facilitate billing procedures Maintain a high level of attention to detail when inputting data to minimize errors in billing procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment Record production information and track work progress Collaborate with team members and other departments to meet production goals Average 50 - 130 points per day Other tasks as assigned Requirements Previous experience in dental, orthodontic, or medical device production preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to new technologies and software platforms Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Ability to work in a stationary, sitting position for several hours at a time Ability to read and interpret job orders, specifications, and small print for assemblies Ability to work with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education High school diploma or equivalent required COM091 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
