Laser Weld Technician 1 Andover, MA Contract to hire $23.00-$27.00 hr. (D.O.E) 8:00am to 4:30pm Join Our Friendly Team! Are you detail-oriented and looking for a supportive place to grow? Do Precision Welding:
Use advanced laser equipment and microscopes to join small metal components (wires, clasps) for devices like palate expanders.
Quality Finishing:
Polish and finish appliances to ensure a perfect fit for patients.
Material Care:
Work with high-grade dental alloys like stainless steel and titanium.
Team Collaboration:
Partner with fellow technicians to meet daily goals (approx. 20-60 points) and maintain a safe workspace. What You ll
Need Sharp Focus:
Ability to work with tiny parts under magnification for extended periods.
Steady Hands:
High level of accuracy and hand-eye coordination.
Detail Driven:
Skill in reading job orders and identifying small defects.
Team Spirit:
A positive attitude and the ability to work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
Attendance:
