Exposure Operator

We are looking for a skilled Exposure Machine Operator to set up, maintain and operate machinery. You'll ensure the interminable and efficient running of production. You should be reliable and able to work with attention to detail and safety standards. Must be familiar with machine and industrial workplace hazards and operate all equipment carefully and safely. Select correct coil and put on exposure take up with alum-a-lift. Exposure line responsibilities include reading and understanding SOPs. Set up exposure line following SOPs. Take samples of exposed material. Be able to use a micrometer and toolmaker's scope. Inspect sample and read on OGP. Must be able to read customer drawing and specifications. Make sure sample is within customer specifications. Must complete all documentation required for production and QA as required. Completely fill out all documentation and correctly label all work. Must identify process problems, troubleshooting, and maintain all exposure equipment. Follow company safety rules and wear Personal Protective Equipment PPE as required. Work in a cleanroom environment Follow company policies and procedures as defined in the Interplex Employee Manual. Maintain regular and satisfactory attendance. Must be self-motivated and also be able to work independently and unsupervised. Good recordkeeping skills. Perform work outside normal work hours as required. Perform other duties as assigned. Educational Qualification Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. 2-4 years of relevant experience Must read, write and communicate in English as it relates to this position and safety. Ability to read and understand customer drawings and specifications. Good communication skills, both oral and written. Good prioritization skills with the ability to multi-task. Good organizational skills. Effective time management skills. Initiative with a drive for continuous improvement. Must have good administrative & record keeping skills. Must have intermediate to advanced computer skills
