Full Job Description Finishing-Deburring Technician Grand Rapids, MI Direct Hire Compensation:

Up to $25.00 Job Overview A growing precision manufacturing organization serving highly regulated industries is seeking a detail-oriented Precision Deburring Technician to join its team. This role offers the opportunity to work with complex, high-precision components in a clean, quality-focused manufacturing environment with strong potential for career growth and advancement.

Responsibilities:

Perform precision deburring and finishing operations on machined components Inspect parts for quality, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to remove burrs and imperfections Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures Maintain a high level of attention to detail while meeting production requirements Support continuous improvement and workflow efficiency initiatives Requirements Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination Ability to perform detailed work on small precision components Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills
