Job Title:

Finishing Operator Assistant Job Description Join our team as a Finishing Operator Assistant where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and precision of our product packaging. Your keen attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively will help bring our customers' labels and packaging to life, setting a high standard in the industry. Responsibilities Inspect for printing defects with meticulous attention to detail. Box and pack completed orders for shipping. Observe company work rules and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with teams to improve workflow and finishing operations. Essential Skills Solid reading, math, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English. Effective time management for handling multiple projects. Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Proficiency in providing high levels of customer service. Additional Skills & Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs, stand, and bend throughout the shift. Visual acuity and dexterity of hands required.

Preferred:

One or more years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
