We are a one-stop-shop that provides all creative services and production needs in-house and are known for on-time delivery, creativity, and outstanding quality. Fantastic, full-time job opportunity working in a fast-paced environment! We are looking for an Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team! This is a full-time opportunity and will require a 40-hour workweek, Monday-Friday with occasional Saturdays. Ideal candidates will have embroidery/sewing experience or experience working in a production line, but this is not required.
Responsibilities:
The Embroidery Customization Specialist is responsible for garment personalization, simple embroidery setup, sample sewing, and production support within the embroidery department. This role focuses on accurate customization setup using Wilcom software while assisting with embroidery corrections, production preparation, and departmental workflow support. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, self-sufficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements:
Good computer skills Experience with Wilcom software preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Quick Learner Strong problem-solving ability Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously Good communication and teamwork skills Self-sufficient and dependable Strong organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Basic embroidery and/or sewing experience required Availability to work between the hours of 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM Ability to lift 40+ pounds Reliable Transportation Authorized to work in the USA Signature Concepts offers benefits to full-time employees including health insurance, a 401K plan, and paid time off.
