As a Product Development Technician , you will be part of the Digital Engineering Department supporting the 3D Printing & Prototyping Team . The ideal candidate will have attention to detail , strong mechanical aptitude , and adaptability which will align successfully in the organization.

Operate injection molding machines and run established molding programs Inspect, trim, and finish prototype parts to meet quality standards Monitor and troubleshoot 3D printing equipment and production processes Perform post-processing of printed parts (cleaning, sanding, polishing, painting) Maintain lab equipment, materials, and follow safety and quality procedures What's Needed? High school diploma or GED Strong hands-on mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a lab/machine environment Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and CAD model viewing Strong communication, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team What's in it for me?
