STS Aerospace in Laconia, NH is searching for a Fabrication Mechanic - Marking Operator to join the team. Under the general direction of the Manufacturing Supervisor, this position is responsible for the accurate labeling of parts and assemblies using various marking methods. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities.1st
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Shift:
Monday - Friday, 6:45AM to 3:15PM2ndShift:
Monday - Thursday, 3:15PM to 1:45AM with $1.00 pay differentialJob DescriptionEssential Duties and ResponsibilitiesUnderstands engineering drawings, factory orders, and routers to determine marking requirementsUse the appropriate marking method (Electro-Etch, Laser, Vibro-Peen, Dot-Peen, Ink) to clearly and correctly identify materials, test pieces, and other assemblies as requiredBarcode scan or manually enter identification requirements in the computerManually transfer ink marking onto part surfacesPre-form aluminum tags before assemblyApply aluminum tags into placeAssemble stainless tags onto hoses and tubesAssemble shrink sleeve over marking as required and set in placeWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

QualificationsEducation, Certifications, Licenses, & Registrations:
