Assembly & Finishing Associate

GoBind Graphics is seeking detail-oriented Assembly & Finishing Associate s to join our production team. This role is critical to the finishing and fulfillment side of our business, involving the precise assembly, inspection, and packaging of products such as pharmaceutical inserts, collector book sets, slipcases, and specialty packaging. If you have strong attention to detail, enjoy working with your hands, and take pride in producing quality work, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Assemble and inspect printed materials, folded inserts, and book components. Perform tasks such as folding, gluing, collating, inserting, labeling, and packaging by hand. Follow job specifications to ensure accuracy and quality. Work efficiently to meet daily production goals while maintaining product integrity. Assist with line clearance and maintain a clean, organized work area. Communicate with supervisors and team members about job requirements or issues. Support machine operators as needed with packing, sorting, or finishing tasks. Perform other related duties as assigned. What We're Looking For Previous experience in hand assembly, bindery, or print finishing preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates. High school diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
