We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable Leather Paint Specialist to join our team and grow with us. Job Description JP Custom Leatherworks is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with their hands. In this role, you will be part of our paint team, hand-painting custom leather gear according to each customer's specifications. This is a full-time position that requires focus, patience, consistency, and a steady hand. You will spend most of your shift painting orders, so candidates who enjoy hands-on, detail-driven work will thrive in this role. Training will be provided, though prior artistic or painting experience is strongly preferred. To view examples of our products, follow us on Instagram @jpcustomleather instagram.com/jpcustomleather/?hl=en Responsibilities Review order details and customer notes before beginning each job Hand-paint custom leather products according to customer specifications Maintain accuracy and consistency across all orders Paint for extended periods during full shifts Learn and develop new skills as you grow within the role Keep your work area clean and organized at the end of each day Qualifications Knowledge of painting materials and tools preferred Artistic ability, painting experience, or similar hands-on craft experience is required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely Good time management and communication skills Dependable, patient, and able to stay focused on repetitive, detail-oriented tasks Prior work experience or apprenticeship experience is a plus, but not required Schedule Full-time 40 hours per week Why Join JP Custom Leatherworks?
