We're looking for Robot Operators to help collect the training data that teaches robots how to interact with the physical world. No prior experience required. All training provided. What You'll Do Operate robotic arms to perform real-world tasks Collect high-quality training data for robots to learn from Work closely with our robotics team Example Tasks Folding clothes Manipulating household objects Assembly and packaging tasks Simple sewing tasks Who Thrives in This Role This role involves repetitive, detail-oriented work and can be physically demanding. Strong candidates are comfortable performing the same task many times while maintaining a high level of consistency and attention to detail. We're especially excited to hear from people with: Sewing, tailoring, garment manufacturing, or textile experience Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Experience with video games, VR, simulators, or other precision-control systems Interest in robotics and AI Details $20-22/hour 10-20 hours/week, flexible scheduling In-person in Union City, NJ Final round candidates will participate in a paid 2-3 hour trial session to assess fit and provide a realistic preview of the role
