Job Description

Entry-Level Typesetter Location:
Akron, USA We are seeking a detail-oriented and hardworking Entry-Level Typesetter to join our team in Akron, USA. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for various print and digital materials such as books, magazines, and websites.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Use computer software to typeset text and images according to client specifications
  • Ensure accuracy in spelling, grammar, and punctuation
  • Adjust font sizes, styles, and layouts to create visually appealing designs
  • Collaborate with editors, designers, and clients to meet project deadlines
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; degree in graphic design or related field is a plus
  • Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
  • Strong eye for detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members effectively
  • Familiarity with different font styles, sizes, and layouts
Salary:
As an entry-level position without experience required, the salary for this role starts at $1800 per month. Salary may be negotiable based on qualifications.
Location:
