We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Apparel Decorator to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying custom designs, graphics, and artwork onto various apparel items using a range of decorating techniques. Your expertise will help bring our clients' visions to life through vibrant, accurate, and high-quality apparel decoration. Responsibilities Prepare apparel items for decoration by setting up printing or embroidery equipment according to specifications Apply designs using screen printing, heat transfer, embroidery, or other decorating methods with precision and attention to detail Collaborate with the Promotional Products team to ensure artwork files are print-ready and meet quality standards Operate digital design tools to modify or create artwork as needed, utilizing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure color accuracy, placement, and overall craftsmanship Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency during production processes Stay updated on new decorating techniques and industry trends to enhance skill set and service offerings Requirements Proven experience with apparel decoration techniques such as screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer, or digital printing Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout design, and visual aesthetics for apparel decoration projects Ability to stand and operate various pieces of finishing equipment Ensuring apparel is straight and aligned correctly Assist in checking in merchandise, steaming, folding and bagging.
