Job Description

Everyone loves t-shirts, polos, hats, jackets etc… and at Getspirit.com we're in the business of bringing creative, custom apparel to our commercial customer base. Getspirit.com is the fastest growing custom apparel company in the industry, and we are recruiting the best and brightest to join our fast-paced, high energy team! The Direct to Film (DTF) associate will work with printers and heat seal machines to produce high quality, custom DTF transfer prints in a fast-paced work environment and applying them to apparel. The role consists of using a computer and printers to assist the design and production process for custom DTF orders.
Responsibilities:
Applies DTF transfers to shirts, pants, hats, apparel, and other applicable products. Operates production equipment, which includes a DTF printer, cutting plotter and pneumatic heat press. Properly loads and operates a pneumatic heat press following standard safety precautions. Maintains an organized, clean, and professional department appearance at all times. Ensures all customer expectations are met in regard to timed delivery and quality. Learn the receiving process for all goods delivered by vendors. To thrive in this role you must be detail-oriented, have an eye for properly placing designs, with an ability to work within a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment.
Job Requirements:
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment while balancing continuously changing deadlines. Strong attention to detail and a high level of craftsmanship. Ability to work under pressure and use of hands with ability to stand for long periods of time. Ability to operate pneumatic pressing equipment. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Able to run embroidery machine helpful but not required. High School/GED required.
