OFFICE SPECIALIST/DRAFTER
(will consider training if no experience) Noble Panels & Gates is looking for full time Office Specialist in Milton-Freewater, Oregon (on-site position). This person will be drafting/drawing/designing projects, answering incoming sales/customer service calls, create orders, as well as a variety of other tasks. We are looking for someone that is well-spoken, detail oriented and has great customer service skills. No degree is required, although some experience with customer service and computer drafting software is a plus. Full time position hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm.QUALIFICATIONS
- Better than basic computer knowledge
- Customer Service Experience or willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Word and Microsoft Outlook
- Drafting / Designing experience preferred
- Quickbooks and Excel experience preferred, but not required
- Must be dependable and punctual
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow direction with attention to detail Pay starting $20.
