Spherion Erie is working to fill a 1st Shift, Soldering Tech position in McKean, PA . The pay rate is $17.00 to $18.00 HOURLY . This is a Temp to Hire opportunity. Prior soldering experience is preferred, but we are fully prepared to train motivated candidates who has a basic understanding of the process and a desire to learn. Job Description:
The Soldering Technician is responsible for performing precision soldering. This role requires attention to detail, and steady hand-eye coordination. You will need to to follow quality and safety standards to ensure reliable assemblies.
Responsibilities:
Perform hand soldering of electronic components Read and understand work instructions Assemble components on schedule Maintain accurate documentation
Prep Materials Education:
High School Experience:
12 months Proficiency or understanding of hand soldering techniques
Physical:
Ability to sit or stand for long periods,Good vision,Steady hands,Ability to life 25-40lbs occasionally
Skills:
Attention to deails,Basic computer skills,Hand soldering,Read and understand written instructions
