CAD Admin Associate

Responsibilities :

Receive and process incoming digital dental orders Perform basic check and file preparation according to internal guidelines Support 3D model printing and file conversion workflows Track case status and ensure orders move through the system without delay Identify and flag issues in orders or files for review Maintain high accuracy and consistency in repetitive, high-volume workflow tasks This role focuses on production support and operational efficiency. It does not involve dental design work (e.g., crowns or custom abutments). Required Experience /

Qualifications :

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized workflows Ability to handle repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple cases under time constraints Basic computer skills (file handling, data entry, etc.) Reliable, consistent, and able to maintain performance over time Prior dental or lab experience preferred but not required Bilingual in Korean and English is a plus We welcome anyone who is willing to learn and become a part of this growing company, but pay/salary will be commensurate with experience.
